The Chef

For over 30 years, Chef Michael Richardson has enjoyed a successful career in restaurants, the specialty food trade and college dining. This self-taught chef has taken a natural ability with cooking and has honed his skills professionally in fine-dining establishments and other high-end food venues throughout the U.S. including Boston, Charleston, Ft. Lauderdale, Dallas and Chicago. He finally settled as the Chef and Director of Dining Services of a small women's college in Nevada, Missouri where he could raise a family in a small town and develop a college dining program that reflected his professional experience.
